How are returns handled?
WE OFFER RETURNS ON DAMAGED GOODS; NO SIZE EXCHANGES. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. We include a return address straight to the printers, to ensure a quick return.
We do not do size exchanges, but please email email@example.com, or fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. We want the best customer service, and will always figure out a solution!
How long are the current delays?
We are currently seeing a delay on all APPAREL deliveries during Covid, between 15-20 days. Please contact us about any problems, and we will constantly inform you about your order. Thank you for understanding.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Standard fulfillment time is 2-8 business days.
How should I wash my printed garments?
Wash inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low/hang dry.
